Meurer Research Debuts Video: “Treating More Water in Less Space”

10.04.2016    /    Press release

Meurer Research, Inc., an engineering and manufacturing company with over 50 patents and thousands of installations of advanced water and wastewater treatment equipment, today announced its new demonstration video, “Treating More Water in Less Space.”

Utilizing animated illustrations and high-definition photography and videography, the video provides a detailed explanation of the process and benefits of the unique, patented advancements in MRI’s Inclined Plate Settler System.

“We often get questions about how our system works. The video will help customers easily understand the technological advantages of our system and why it works significantly better than other systems,” said Joe Brauch, vice president of marketing for Meurer Research, Inc.

The video demonstrates how MRI utilizes its Advanced Flow Management to organize flow throughout the entire basin, from entry to exit. Detailed descriptions are given on the Flow Control Deck, which provides even-distribution across the entirety of each plate, and the Hoseless Cable-Vac™ Sludge Collector, which is designed to remove settled solids without disrupting the settling zone.

“These innovations significantly outperform conventional settling methods. Even today, no technology comes close to treating water to the same level of quality in as small a footprint,” said Brauch. “Our focus is, and always has been, to provide municipalities with clarification and pretreatment equipment that produces the cleanest water possible, as efficiently as possible.”

Narration for the video was provided through a new organization for U.S. military veterans, WarriorVoices.org. The Colorado-based non-profit offers narration training and equipment to veterans at no charge and serves as an audition and hiring portal.
